Dahane Amine
Amine Dahane, PhD, is affiliated with the Intelligent Systems Research Laboratory, University of Sciences and Technology of Oran, Algeria. His main research interests include wireless sensor networks, their security, routing and management, intrusion detection, and MAC protocols design issues. He is a reviewer of several journals and participates regularly at professional conferences. He received his Master’s degree in Computer Systems and Networks from the University of Bechar and his PhD degree in Electronics from the University of Sciences and Technology of Oran (USTO, Algeria).
My Research Areas:

Security management and intrusion detection in information systems.

Routing Problem in the IoT. Initially, the study will focus on RPL (Routing Protocol for Low power and Lossy Networks), a standard routing protocol for IPv6 wireless sensor networks.

Study of the impact of mobility in WSN.

Surveillance of sensitive public spaces using video sensor networks.

Use of WSN in intelligent transportation system to improve the management of confined spaces (port, airport, railway station).
